GENERAL STORE POLICY

 

  • Exchange only, no refunds. (EXCHANGE INFORMATION IS  LISTED FURTHER BELOW)

  • No cancellations on already placed orders.

  • No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped also.

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE .

  • Swimwear, intimate wear, and shapewear are FINAL sale items and are not eligible for exchange.

  • Please take your time when entering your email and shipping address during checkout. 

  • We will not be able to answer emails about re-stock and availability. PLEASE JOIN THE EMAIL MAILING LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN RESTOCKS ARE MADE.

  • Discount codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase.  Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order.

  • Please note all items are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery or shipping. Any damage caused by shipping will have to be claimed through the carrier, so we highly suggest adding shipping insurance. 

 

SHIPPING

  • If you have had issues with the postal service, we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments. 

  • You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to add that as a special instruction in the check out section OR contact us via email immediately after your order is placed. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.

  • Please allow 10-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship AFTER order is placed, excluding preorder items. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 7-10 business days AFTER the order ships. Please also check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. 

  • International orders will not be offered at this time. 

  • Your order will not be shipped until the full payment has been received and cleared, unless you have paid through another service.

  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 15 business days, please check your junk/spam THEN email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.  

  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and lost items MUST be handled through the UPS Delivery. You can contact the UPS Delivery Service at www.ups.com, or (800)742-5877.

PICKUP/DELIVERY

  • As of right now Pickup/Delivery option is available to BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, CHARLOTTESVILLE, WAYNESBORO/STAUNTON,and RICHMOND, Virginia residents. 

  • All other sales will have to be shipped, unless other arrangements are discussed appropriately before payment. 

  • Please allow 10-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship AFTER order is placed, excluding pre-order items, to fulfill the order. 

  • The Pickup/Delivery schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm Saturdays 10-12 noon Sundays 12 noon-2pm, unless discussed otherwise.

  • Once the order is fulfilled, we will contact you via email to arrange. Pickup location is 600 S Wayne Avenue, Waynesboro Virginia 22980. You may choose delivery if those options are closer to you, or choose shipping for a flat rate of $5.00.

CLOTHING EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted with our authorization only via email or the Contact Us page WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY. Reasons for exchanges allowed will be as followed, but not limited to: Size, style change. Please note, your exchange may not be in stock and may need to be ordered. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.

  • PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL CORRRESPONDENCE.

  • Exchanges will not be considered on any item that is received back to us with any stains or damage unless shipment damage is the reason, so we suggest that you do not try on any items while wearing makeup or heavy amounts of deodorant.

  • Regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. 

  • Upon your exchange being authorized, you will have to arrange returning the item within 48 hours, whether its in-person or shipping.

  •  We like to be aware of the exchanges, in case anything gets lost in the mail or to ensure we have the stock.

  • Once the exchanged item is received, you will be issued a special code to use your exchange credit towards another purchase. EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED AS A REFUND ON ANY OTHER ORDER.  Shipping charges on new orders using exchange codes will apply, as with any new order.

  • Swimwear, intimate wear, shapewear purchases are final sales.

  • Any discounts used at the time of purchase do NOT apply on clothing exchanges. 

  • A shipping charge will apply on clothing exchanges for the exchanged item to be sent to you

PREORDERS

 

  • Orders that have preorder items will be shipped once the preorder item is available to ship. We will notify you of approximate availability once the order is made.

  • Most availability will be 10-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please consider possible shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we will keep you posted in tracking. 

  • Multiple shipments for the same order will not be made, only one shipment for the entire order, when all items are ready to ship. 

  • If there is a delay, for whatever reason, any pre-order item, we will notify via email regarding the status of the pre-order items.
